INSTRUCTIONS
1. To begin, scroll all the way to the bottom of this page and click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the form (yes, it is counter-intuitive). The gray overlay will disappear and the form is now ready for you to fill out.
2. Fill out the form. When you see the fields for the "amount enclosed," fill that out as if sending a check. We will know that you have made your payment online.
3. When you click on the "Signature" field, you will be asked to type in your name. This will act as your e-signature.
4. At the end, you will see this message:

Thank you for using the POGC online Membership Application Form! Below is the form. If you have any questions, email pogc@gulfcove.org. (Don't forget to click on "Continue" at the bottom of the form to begin filling it out.)
Don't forget to hit the "Continue" button first to clear the gray overlay. Once the form is fully visible, fill it out and submit. Then check your email for an email from "Adobe Sign." Once you verify that it is you, you will receive a copy of the application for your files.
NOTE: Your emailed signed application will come from "In Touch Solutions" and will say:
You signed: "2026 POGC Membership Application"
"In Touch Solutions" is the Adobe account of a POGC member who lets POGC use their account so that POGC doesn't have to pay $15/month for the Adobe service.
